Near to my home, don't have to negotiate heavy traffic. In house Lab work so I got my results immediately. My Doctor checked the progress in my treatments and reported good results. She took the time to answer my questions about my care and the available options. Very pleased with her care.

I was seen by Mallory Jurgens for the first time at my doctor appointment on Thursday, March 19. She had a very pleasant demeanor and listened to me discuss my medical issues intently. I felt like she genuinely cared about me and treating my medical conditions as effectively as possible. I am typically reluctant to go to the doctors office for anything, unless I have a serious medical concern. The way Mallory interacted with me made me feel like I could discuss any medical issues with her and be taken seriously. I hope that she will be the one who sees me whenever I have any medical issues.

So far I really like this practice group. Scheduling was easy and pretty fast, almost no wait time when I arrived, and I saw my provider quickly. Jennifer was thorough with going over medical history and explained everything well. Onsite testing also a major plus, the tech was excellent as well.

Mallory Jurgens, is an amazing doctor and human being. I cant say enough good things about her. In my 53 years on the planet I've never had a person so caring and thoughtful like Mallory. Every medical professional should strive to have her character. And last but not least the Staff was great too. Very caring, as well especially meeting them for the first time.

Mallory Jurgens is truly exceptional. From the moment you walk into her office, you feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. She takes her time with you as a patient—never rushing, never making you feel like just another appointment on her schedule. She listens attentively and thoughtfully, making sure she fully understands your concerns before offering guidance. What sets Mallory apart is her kindness and compassion. She never talks down to you or makes you feel judged, even if you’ve put off doctor visits or medical care. Instead, she meets you where you are with encouragement and understanding. That alone makes such a difference. As someone who has always been afraid of doctors, I can honestly say she has changed my experience completely. She is warm, welcoming, and incredibly caring. She creates a safe space where you feel comfortable asking questions and being honest about your health. Mallory is not only fantastic at what she does—she is the kind of provider every patient hopes to find. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Jennifer Skinner has been an incredible doctor, and I’m truly going to miss having her as my physician. Nobody enjoys going to the clinic, but having a doctor who genuinely listens, cares, and makes you feel comfortable makes all the difference. Dr. Skinner has always been compassionate, professional, and attentive, and I feel fortunate to have been under her care. I wish her nothing but the best in this next chapter—she will be greatly missed.
